Refund policy
We have a 24hr return policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the sender will need to purchase postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Flat Rate Shipping

Shipping Methods

- Same day delivery - within M25: Within 12hrs
- In-store pickups
We offer a convenient local pickup option for those who prefer to collect their orders in person. It is designed to provide a fast and efficient way for local customers to receive their products without waiting for home delivery.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24hrs. (Please wait for the confirmation email before coming to the store to pick up your order.)
Pickup orders are as follows: Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
